Before your site goes live you sign the contract and add a payment method; nothing is charged. The term starts on the day your site goes live. On the 12-month contract the first month is free and one of the twelve: the first rate is due one month later. On the monthly term you pay from the first month.
Payments run through your own Stripe account. You see every dispute there and answer it with the order details, and we help you do it. A guest is only charged at pickup, when you hand the order over. A rejected or cancelled order costs them nothing.
From guests who already know you, and from Google. At launch we add the ordering link to your Google profile and give you a QR code for bags, flyers and tables. You can keep a platform alongside.
Yes. You set your delivery area, in rings around your shop or by town and postcode, each with a delivery fee and a minimum order, and free above an order value if you like. Guests enter their address and see straight away whether you deliver. Payment is always online, never cash at the door. You or your driver deliver; OwnGo does not provide drivers.
We work on it with you. We approach offices, coworking spaces, gyms and sports clubs near you and give each partner its own code for your restaurant. Their people get a perk, and in the admin you see how often each code was redeemed. We cannot promise a fixed number of guests.
Very little. You build your page yourself on owngo.de in about five minutes: name, menu, colour. Setting it up takes another ten. Rather not? Send us your menu and we build it for you, usually within 24 hours. Online payments start as soon as Stripe has confirmed your account.
No. The kitchen panel runs in the browser on any tablet or phone. No screen at the counter, say in a café or bakery? Then every paid order arrives by email. OwnGo does not replace your till; online orders have their own daily close.
You can reach us while you are open, evenings and weekends included, and you talk directly to the people who build OwnGo.
Yes. The site runs on your own domain, and your guests’ data belongs to you. What you build on Google stays with you.
